Sharing Session by Chad Wang.

In 2017, when Chad Wang was crowned the World Brewers Cup Champion in Budapest, Hungary, his performance took the world by storm. Audience said they've never seen this level of attention to detail and even commented that it's far from a "real world coffee shop experience". Then came the years after where many tried to imitate the customer service excellence demonstrated by Chad that year.

Fast forward 10 years into the future, Chad is the owner of a coffee brand VWI. He has incorporated customer service excellence and attention to detail from the competition stage into this daily work.

This session explores that journey from designing the famous 2017 WBRC routine to his success in the World of Coffee today. Get up-close & personal with one of the most prominent figures of the coffee industry that ends with an intimate Q&A session.
