1.⁠ ⁠What to expect from my OH subscription?
We are launching 2 types of coffee subscription - Basic & Seasonal. All coffees will be intentionally selected based on seasonality.

2.⁠ ⁠Subscription types.
Basic - everyday / easy-drinking
Our Basic selection covers your everyday coffee options that we think are easy-drinking and comforting. This is the bag you will keep reaching out for in your pantry.

Coffees are 200g per type, packed in retail bags.

Seasonal - exclusive / micro-lots
Our Seasonal selection showcases coffees that are exclusive, delicious, and highly reflective of our sourcing ideologies. Each month’s coffee(s) will come with a write-up that brings you back to the moment we knew this was something special that we wanted to share with our subscribers.

Coffees are 100g per type, packed in retail bags or single dose bottles.

3.⁠ ⁠What is the shipping frequency?
Subscription cut-off date is on 15th of every month. It will be shipped out on the first week of the following month. You may reschedule shipments any time from your account.

4.⁠ ⁠What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for Malaysia & Singapore *minimum 2 bag order for SG*. For other worldwide orders, shipping charges can be calculated at check out.

5.⁠ ⁠Billing and payment.
Subscription will be automatically renewed on X date of each month. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the plan renews.
