An auction collection featuring rare high-altitude coffees processed with patience, innovation, and distinctive experimental methods.

Echoes of the Peak features 20 rare lots categorized into three process groups: Washed, Natural, and Experimental. Each category expresses a different sensory and processing identity while remaining rooted in high-altitude Ethiopian terroir and careful processing.

Cupping session will take place in person at One Half Coffee Roastery, Section 11.
