sourcing notes. 2025 was the first year the team participated as Guest Cupper at Best of Panama and this coffee had already stolen our hearts right from the cupping table of BOP and that feeling of awe and happiness followed us all the way back to Malaysia where we eventually managed to get 1kg of this coffee from our friend Joel of 32Do Bali (main bidder). Finca Los Cenizos is well-known for their complex yet elegant coffees and this was all that and more. Layered, balanced, and absolutely delicious; this was a coffee we simply wanted to share with our customers and we are glad we made it happen.
