An introduction to One Half’s hand brew philosophy.Suitable for beginning baristas or the serious enthusiast.
This brewing course will provide a baseline for your brews and the variables that impact it. We will focus on pouring technique, sensory evaluation and brewing adjustment.
1. Brewing adjustment theory and sensory evaluation
2. Cup design and its relation to sensory
3. Basic water quality and its effects
4. Dripper design (conical vs flat)
5. Hands-on practice
