OH Espresso Basic
An introduction to One Half’s espresso philosophy. Suitable for beginning baristas or the serious enthusiast.

This espresso course will cover the theory and practical skills needed to prepare cafe-standard drinks. We will focus on pulling shots, espresso evaluation & adjustment, as well as milk steaming and basic latte art.
